In order to support various regulatory requirements, certain data is required by both Composer and Apex. This includes identity verification, such as full name, date of birth, and address, as well as tax information, such as social security number and investable assets. 

Why do I need to open a brokerage account?

You won’t be able to automatically trade on Composer without an approved brokerage account.
