Account Types Available at Composer

Composer offers three types of brokerage accounts for individuals:

• Individual Accounts
• Traditional Individual Retirement Accounts (Traditional IRAs)
• Roth Individual Retirement Accounts (Roth IRAs)

Individuals can open one of each brokerage account type within their Composer account.

Do I need a Trading Pass for each brokerage account?

No, individuals only need to be on one Composer plan, either Starter, Advanced, or Pro.  When you register an account with Composer, you will automatically begin on the Starter plan ($0/month) where you can start investing right away. On any of the three plans, you can open any combination of brokerage accounts you wish.

Does the Trading Pass cost more if I open multiple brokerage accounts?

No, the Starter plan costs $0/month and the Advanced or Pro subscription is a flat monthly or yearly fee, regardless of how many brokerage accounts an individual opens.
