How can I link my bank account?

Composer allows you to link your bank account via Plaid. 


Web:

  1. Log in to your Composer account
  2. Select your profile in the top right corner
  3. Select Accounts & Funding
  4. On the left, select Funding & Withdrawals
  5. Select Link bank account

iOS:

  1. Log in to your Composer account
  2. Select your Account in the bottom right corner
  3. Select Bank Account under Funding

Do I need to link my bank account?

Yes, you need to link your bank account to pay for your Trading Pass subscription.


Can I link multiple bank accounts?

Unfortunately, at this time, Composer does not allow multiple bank account links.


What if I no longer have access to my bank account?

Our clearing firms require funds to be withdrawn to the bank account from which they were deposited. If you no longer have access to this bank account, please contact us at help@composer.trade for further assistance.

After I deposit, how long does it take for funds to arrive in my account?

Once you initiate a deposit, the funds typically take one business day to appear in your account.


What bank accounts can I link to?

Composer allows you to link to any bank that you can connect to via Plaid, except for Chime and GO2Bank. We do not support other funding sources like Venmo, Paypal, or CashApp. 


Is Plaid secure?

Plaid is an intermediary service that connects your financial accounts to share financial information (account balance, account numbers, account transactions, etc.) with Composer. Plaid does this by using encrypted, protected tokens to shield your actual account information. Plaid’s network includes more than 11,000 financial institutions and financial applications, such as Chase, Bank of America, Robinhood, and Wells Fargo.
