Trade Together, Win Together

Introducing Trade Together, Win Together, a referral program that rewards you for bringing your friends, family, or network of fellow traders to Composer! This promotion runs from April 22, 2025, to June 20, 2025.

How does it work?

1. Head to Composer and sign in. 
2. Click “Invite Friends”, you’ll find this in the top right of the navigation menu.
3. Copy your unique referral link and share it with friends, family, or your trading group. 
4. Get rewarded, if someone signs up using your link and funds their account with: 

• with $10,000 or more. You both get $100.
• with $50,000 or more. You both get $500.
• with $100,000 or more. You both get $1,000.

There’s no cap on the number of people you can invite.

Who is eligible for this offer?

• The referrer bonus is available to all existing Composer accounts with a balance of $1,000 or more.
• The referred bonus is valid only for newly referred accounts and applies to net new deposits made during the promotional period. Previously existing funds and investments do not qualify.
• For newly referred accounts to be eligible, deposited funds must be initiated between 12 AM ET on April 22, 2025 and 11:59 PM ET on June 20, 2025 and must be within 30 days of opening the account.

How to claim my bonus?

To claim your bonus, either the referrer or referred must email us at help@composer.trade.

Both parties must meet the following requirements to qualify:

• Funds must remain in your Composer account for 24 months.
• Your account balance must not fall below the qualifying threshold due to withdrawals. Otherwise, the bonus will be revoked.
• You must maintain an active Composer Trading Pass for the full 24-month period. Early cancellations will void the reward.

1. Overview

The Trade Together, Win Together referral promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Composer Technologies Inc. (“Composer”) for existing users to refer new customers to Composer’s trading platform. Eligible participants can receive referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per referral when specific conditions are met.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as Composer’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Referrer Eligibility

• Must be an existing Composer user.
• Account balance must be $1,000 or more at the time the referral is made.

Referee Eligibility

• Must be a new Composer user who has never held a Composer account prior to the promotional period.
• Deposit must consist of net new funds (previously existing funds or internal transfers do not qualify).
• Initial deposit must be:
  • Initiated between 12:00 AM ET on April 22, 2025 and 11:59 PM ET on June 20, 2025, and
  • Completed within 30 days of opening the new account

3. Promotional Period

This Promotion is valid for eligible referrals and net new deposits initiated between 12:00 AM ET on April 22, 2025 and 11:59 PM ET on June 20, 2025.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the referral program:

1. Log in to your Composer account at composer.trade.
2. Click “Invite friends” on the top right of the navigation menu.
3. Copy your unique referral link and share it with friends, family, or your fellow traders
4. When someone signs up using your link and funds their new account, you’ll both earn a reward:
   1. $10,000 or more: Both parties receive $100
   2. $50,000 or more: Both parties receive $500
   3. $100,000 or more: Both parties receive $1,000

There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make.

5. Bonus Qualification Requirements 

Both the referrer and the referee must meet the following requirements to receive the bonus:

• Maintain the qualifying deposit amount ($10,000, $50,000 or $100,000) in their Composer account for 24 consecutive months.
• If the account balance falls below the qualifying amount due to withdrawals, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Both accounts must have an active Composer Trading Pass subscription for the full 24-month period. Cancellation before the end of the period will void the reward.
• All bonuses are subject to account verification and approval.

6. Large Transfers 

If you are planning to transfer more than $5,000,000, please contact help@composer.trade prior to initiating the transfer. Additional terms and verification may apply.

7. Restrictions and Limitations

• Self-referrals or referring existing Composer users are not eligible for rewards.
• Composer reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the promotion (including coordinated referral abuse).
• Composer reserves the right to deny, revoke, or cancel rewards at its sole discretion if it suspects abuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

8. Compatibility with Other Promotions

The Trade Together, Win Together referral program does not conflict with Composer’s “4 Friends = Free Trading Pass” promotion. Participants may qualify for both promotions independently, provided all terms and eligibility requirements for each program are met.

Referral activity that qualifies under this promotion may also contribute toward earning a free Trading Pass under the separate program.

Composer reserves the right to assess eligibility for both promotions on a case-by-case basis.

9. Modification and Termination 

Composer reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be updated in the official Terms and Conditions posted on composer.trade.

10. Tax and Reporting 

Bonuses awarded under this Promotion may be considered taxable income. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, and Composer may issue tax forms as required by law.
