Composer Crypto AMA Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor  The “Composer Crypto AMA Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Composer Technologies Inc. (“Composer” or “Sponsor”).

   
   

2. Eligibility  The Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater; (ii) legally reside in one of the forty-nine (49) U.S. states in which Composer Crypto is available (all states except New York); and (iii) hold or open a Composer brokerage account in good standing. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising or public-relations agencies, as well as the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such individual, are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

   
   

3. Promotion Period  The Promotion begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 20, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

   
   

4. How to Enter  All participation is online, (i) open a new Composer account during the Promotion Period using promo code CRYPTO49AMA and (ii) execute one or more cryptocurrency trades having an aggregate notional value of at least one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) during the Promotion Period.

   
   

5. Prizes and Delivery  Twenty (20) winners will each receive a prize of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) credited to the winner’s Composer brokerage account. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is two thousand U.S. dollars (US $2,000).

   
   

6. Winner Selection and Notification  Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about June 23, 2025. Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Composer account within three (3) business days of the drawing.

   
   

7. Publicity  Except where prohibited, each winner grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

   
   

8. General Conditions  The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the Promotion’s integrity. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms. Proof of sending an entry does not constitute proof of receipt.

   
   

9. Release and Limitation of Liability  By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, without limitation, claims arising from technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, typographical errors, or damage to persons or property.

   
   

10. Third-Party Disclaimer  This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Reddit Inc., X Corp. (Twitter), or any other third party.

    
    

11. Risk Disclosure  Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk, including possible loss of principal. Participants should review Composer’s Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosure before trading.

    
    

12. Governing Law  These Terms and any disputes hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

    
    
13. Privacy  Personal information is collected in accordance with Composer’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely to administer the Promotion unless the entrant opts in to additional communications.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant’s acknowledgment that the entrant has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
