Trading Fees for Options

When trading options through Composer, you’ll encounter the following fees:

• Contract Fee: $0.65 per contract
• Exercise/Assignment Fee: $5.00 per position

These fees are charged by Composer and our clearing partner, Alpaca. In addition to the above, regulatory and exchange fees may apply. These are standard charges imposed by regulatory agencies and options exchanges and are passed through to you without markup.
