When does Composer trade?

Composer aggregates all trades and executes them during the set daily trading period. The orders are executed daily between 3:50 and 4:00 PM Eastern on days the market is open. All trading activity for the day will be completed during this time, and your portfolio will update after the orders have been executed.

Some global securities may change in value due to after market hours trading activity. This can cause some symphonies that contain assets that are traded after market hours to slightly change before markets open. If the securities in your symphony are not traded after market hours, then the displayed values will remain consistent with the last known trade value.

To be clear, your trades associated with your shares are not executed after market hours, but the values may adjust due to third parties that trade other common assets during after market hours.
