What tax forms will I get for my IRA? When will tax forms be sent?

Form 5498:

Reports contributions, including any catch-up contributions, rollovers, repayments, requirement minimum distributions (RMDs), and the fair market value (FMV) of the account. Form 5498 will be available in May.

1099-R:

Reports distributions. 1099-R will be available in February.

Both documents will be available by going to your profile > select Accounts & Funding > select Documents.
